Engagement Specialist

The Engagement Specialist is a key member of the Colorado Dream Foundation team, leading our program opportunities for youth in grades 3-9. This position supports youth's academic, social, and emotional growth through the design and delivery of program lessons derived from our robust program curriculum. This person also serves as an advocate for all youth and families in the program. The Engagement Specialist manages a caseload of youth and reports to the Program Manager at their assigned site.

Part-Time or Full-Time Behavioral Health Therapists

The Behavioral Health Therapist is a key member of Colorado Dream Foundation's Clinical Team. The Behavioral Health Therapist supports the behavioral and mental health needs of clients within the Emotional Wellness Development Program working alongside clients, ages four through adulthood, as well as serves as an advocate for all youth and families on their caseload and within the greater Colorado Dream Foundation program. The Behavioral Health Therapist will report to the Senior Director of Clinical Services and will work across the organization to meet the needs of the communities.
