College & Career Planning
Shouldn’t Start In High School
Our college & career development programming for youth in grades 3-8 is all about providing youth with the opportunity to “try on” their future. Through weekly curriculum, guest speakers, and field trips, we provide youth with the opportunity to explore different careers in a multitude of ways.
Our goal is that by the time a youth reaches 8th grade, they have had the opportunity to explore each of our 14 career cluster pathways.
Youth Exploring Success (YES) High School Program
Building off of our 3rd-8th grade programming, high school youth begin to hone in on their individual college & career interests and are provided with opportunities to dig into both more intentionally through the YES internship, summer opportunities and college fly-out programs.
