Supporting Youth & Families Outside of School
At the beginning of every school year, family members meet with their assigned Dream Team member to identify their goals for the upcoming year
Through monthly check-ins, ongoing resource connection and support is provided by Dream Team members to ensure the family has everything they need to successfully meet their goals.
It’s All About Relationships
We support our youth and family both on a systems level as well as an individual level.
Our youth and families need an ally and an advocate at the city, state, and federal level that looks out for opportunities to increase funding and resources to support youth well-being and their educational journey.
